How Will I Know Which Tent is Mine?


Your canopy should be very close/convenient to your beach access point that has been predetermined and communicated, so we hope you won't have trouble finding it. Sometimes we have multiple customers at one access point so we have added a few extra clues to make things clear and easy to find!

When Will I Have Access To My Tent?


Our crews are up and at it early in the moring to do our best to get you the spot most convenient to the beach access you will be using . Our promise is that all canopies are set up by no later than 9 AM and we do not start taking the canopies down until after 5 PM. (Weather Permitting) 

What Happens If There is Bad Weather?


We would like nothing more than for every day to be perfect during your vacation! Unfortunately, we are unable to control the weather.  For the safety of our crew, the equipment, and most importantly, you and your loved ones, sometimes we must use our best discretion about when to take the equipment off of the beach.

Who Sets The Tent Up?


You shouldn't have to touch a thing! Our crew will set up and take down everyday for you. All you have to do is show up and relax!
